I wanted to say such a big thank you
to all at the home for the wonderful
care you gave to my granny.

was so happy to be there and for the
family such a relief her last days
were spent with dignity in such a
warm and caring place.
In the brief time that she was with
you she was clearly well looked after
and care was taken to ensure that she
was as comfortable as
possible….Eversleigh really is a lovely
home.

Paul
and I thank you all so much for the
loving care you gave to Dad
throughout the last year. We were
able to spend quality time with him,
knowing that he was extremely well
cared for. You made Paul and I so
welcome every time we visited him.
We know he was very happy at what he
called his home and whenever we popped
in you always made us so welcome.
The
loving care my mother received could not
have been bettered anywhere.
We also very much appreciate the
support you gave us and our family
during that difficult period.
On

at Eversleigh for the excellent care
you gave our father…
…..we couldn’t have been more secure
in the knowledge that she was receiving
the best care possible.
On
the night of Mum’s death we were
able to spend private time with her,
thank you for that, and the staff on
duty that night were lovely.
We wanted to write and thank you all
for the care you gave my father, not
only in these last few months but
throughout his time in Eversleigh. He
was so happy there and it was absolutely
the right decision for him to live in
such a lovely place.
It
was very reassuring for us all to
know that she was in such good and
caring hands in the last years of
her life….
…we all felt that you put in a
special effort to make the Eversleigh as
much of a real home as was possible…..
In my
numerous mostly unannounced visits
over the eight years I always found
the staff well-organised, kind to my
mother and helpful to me.
We are so pleased and happy that she
has settled in so well with you all, and
want to thank you and all your staff for
the excellent care you give her.
Her great improvement is a testament
to how well you manage your nursing
home.
My
sister, my son, and all who visited
Eversleigh remarked on what a lovely
place it is…..
…the kind and dedicated care he
received at the Eversleigh was very much
appreciated by myself and my family.

and friendships you gave to our

The care and dignity given to her
during her last hours was excellent –
including the support to us.

mother’s birthday celebration such a
success….The kitchen served a really
nice meal and presented a delicious
cake, served to beautifully laid
tables with fresh flowers from your
garden.
Your kind words and understanding,
shown to us all, meant a lot during this
difficult time…

always had complete faith that your
home was the best place for her and
we know that your staff dealt with
her care in a kindly, understanding
and efficient way and we would like
to thank you most sincerely for
this.
